Boards are an essential foundation for every nonprofit. We support executive leaders in growing, developing, diversifying, engaging and aligning the purpose, direction and membership of their boards.
Tailored Facilitated Sessions
Our topics include: Transformational Leadership, Transformational Leadership for POC/Latinx, Leadership and Strategic Communication, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion I and II.
We also create team-specific facilitated sessions for organizational teams, leaders, and collaborative groups to generate collective solutions, alignment and cohesion.
